The Standard Gap in AI Governance

Three forces converged in 2025 to make a rated AI governance standard both necessary and commercially urgent.

Legal Accountability Is Here
The EU AI Act is in force. Article 4 (AI Literacy) became legally binding in February 2025. Boards are accountable for AI oversight — not just management. A supervisory board that cannot demonstrate it has evaluated AI governance compliance is exposed.
EU AI Act Art. 4 — in force Feb 2025
Boards Have No Measurement Instrument
ISO 42001 and NIST AI RMF are implementation frameworks — they don't produce a score. A board member cannot take a framework compliance report into a governance review and ask "are we in the top quartile?" AMIVADIS produces that number.
The Category Is Uncontested
ESG governance had no common measurement standard until a rated score was created — and procurement mandates followed. The AI governance equivalent of that moment is now. The window to establish the standard is 12–18 months.

Nine Dimensions. One Score.

AMIVADIS measures AI maturity across nine dimensions covering the full scope of an organisation's AI program — from board strategy to financial impact. Four dimensions are directly anchored in EU AI Act obligations.

Created by a Practicing Board Advisor

AMIVADIS was developed by Board-Agents by Plansix GmbH, the AI-first board intelligence platform for supervisory board mandates across SaaS, Industrial, Hybrid, and Professional Services companies.

The AMIVADIS methodology draws directly from active supervisory board experience — the questions a board member actually needs answered, not the questions a framework committee decided should be asked. This is the unfair advantage no fast-follower can replicate.

Why This Standard Is Credible
Built by a practicing supervisory board advisor — not a framework committee (Dr. Christian Schlögel, Plansix GmbH)
EU AI Act article-level mapping — not just "aligned with" but traceable to specific obligations
P-A-R evidence weighting — proof is rewarded over declarations, not scored equally
Floor rules prevent gaming — Gold requires genuine governance depth, not selective excellence
Published methodology — full framework available for independent review
